Oakwood Knoll Rd is a cul-de sac,
connecting with Newbury Rd at the entrance.
Newbury Rd connects to the South with Linebrook Rd
(which connects to Route 1).
To the North, Newbury Rd connects with Boxford Rd
(which Connects to Route 133).

From the Northwest, via Route 95
95 South to Exit 54 (Route 133).
Left at the end of the exit ramp (133 East).
Approximately 1.2 miles, then right onto Boxford Road.
Approximately .2 miles, to the second left, which is Newbury Road.
Aproximately 1.2 miles, to the third left, which is Oakwood Knoll Road.
From the Northeast, via Route 1
1 South to Linebrook Rd.
Turn right on LInebrook Rd.
Approximately 1.2 miles, then right on Newbury Rd.
Approximately .7 miles, to the second right, which is Oakwood Knoll Rd.
From the South
95 North to Exit 54A (Route 133 East).
Approximately one mile, then right onto Boxford Road.
Approximately .2 miles, to the second left, which is Newbury Road.
Aproximately 1.2 miles, to the third left, which is Oakwood Knoll Road.
From the East or Southeast
Route 1A / 133 into Ipswich.
West onto Linebrook Road. (That’s a right turn from 1A South / 133 East, or a left turn from 1A North / 133 West).
Approximately 5 miles (across Route 1), then right onto Newbury Road. Approximately .7 miles, to the second right, which is Oakwood Knoll Rd.
From the West
Make your way to Route 95, then follow directions from the South or North.
